Orchard fruits linger on the finish, with sweet toffee, bold roasted malt, and singed oak.
After double ageing the whisky is separated in two batches. The first is finished in Sweet Sherry casks, the other in Smoky Islay casks. The liquids are then blended again, resulting in a delicious sweet whisky with secret smoky notes. Or is it a smoky whisky with hidden sweet notes?
