The nose is soft and floral, with notes of burnt sugar, fruit, and berries.
On the palate, it offers soft, gentle spices, mild oakiness, sherry grass, and caramel apples.
The finish is medium-long, with a lingering sweetness and a subtle tang.
Glen Deveron is the most easterly Scotch whisky distillery, to be found on the banks of the River Deveron. Its single malts are crafted using copper pot stills, fine malted barley and pure local spring water. Sherry-oak casks are then used to mature the whisky to give it a full, fruity taste.
Whisky region: Highlands.
This bold expression with a deep gold colour has notes of fine toasted cereals, roasted hazelnuts and exotic fruits making it a rich fruity malt with a refi ned and long-lingering finish.
