

Starts with marzipan dominating. Develops into a mix of malt, vanilla and milk with plums. Even toffee rises from the back.
Lot of sherry influence with hints of toffee. Bitter raspberry jam, spices and buttery caramel.
Oak, dark orange chocolate and oil.
A blend of prestigious malt whiskies including The Macallan and Highland Park, finished in 1st fill (or ‘naked’ as they have not previously held whisky) oloroso sherry casks for six months.
