This expression, exclusively for the travel retail market, focuses on this landscape of the distillery, celebrating the earthy and bramble fruit terroir of the area. It has been matured within fine Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, from Andalucia in Spain, and port casks, from the Douro Valley in Portugal, as was imported and served in the houses of Scotland’s gentry at turn of the 19th century.
