Codigo 1530 Mezcal Artesanal
Small batch mezcal from a single village in Oaxaca, south-western Mexico. This elegant and lightly smoky spirit is made with Espadin and Tobala agaves, roasted in a traditional earthen oven and distilled with small copper pot stills. A short rest in Sauvignon Blanc casks from California’s Napa Valley contributes subtle notes of vanilla and oak.

Código 1530 Origen is an extra añejo tequila first aged for 6 years in awardwinning Napa Valley Cabernet French White Oakbarrels, then finished in imported Spanish Sherry Fino casks. Bottled in a club-style bottle. Aromas of spice, vanilla, caramel, and sweet oak lead to a robust palate teeming with dried fig and cinnamon flavors.
